Visiting a church for the very first time can be a bit nerve racking.  Where do we go?  What do we wear? What time do the services start?  Is there anything for the kids?  What will the services be like?  All of these questions, and others just like them, are normal.  And because we know this information is important, we have tried to anticipate and answer any questions you might have.  We want you to experience inspiring music, helpful teaching and preaching, friendly people, and a place you feel welcome and “at home”! If you have a question and can't find the answer on this page, please do not hesitate to call the church office at 307.632.1996 and speak to one of our ministry staff.  They will be glad to help you.

1.  Where is Cheyenne Baptist Temple located?
Though we have been in our current location for more than 60 years, people still ask, "Where is your church?"  You will find us at 1621 E. Pershing Blvd. (on the corner of Pershing Blvd. and Logan Ave).

2.  What can I expect at Cheyenne Baptist Temple?
You can expect to be made to feel "at home."  The CBT Family is one of the friendliest church families you will find anywhere.  Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by one of our greeters.  They will be glad to answer any questions you may have, and then direct you and your children to the appropriate locations.

During the Sunday School/Bible Study time (9:45 AM), both you and your children will receive sound Bible teaching from one of our many gifted teachers.  Then at 10:45 AM, during the morning preaching service, your children will have a blast in our Children’s Church, while you enjoy the wonderful music presented by our adult choir, soloists, and various groups, followed by a challenging message from our Pastor, Dr. John Page.

3.  What should I wear?
Our ministry leaders and many of our church members dress in more traditional "Sunday” best; however our concern is that you feel at home and enjoy your visit with us.
